ji999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the ji999 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses the platform's services ("Member", "you", "user").

The following definitions apply in this Agreement:

• "Service" means the ji999 website, mobile version, and all gaming, betting, and financial transaction activities available on it.
• "Account" means a member's personal profile and wallet created by registering on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means funds granted under promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited directly by the member.
• "Wagering" means the total betting amount required to release bonus funds.

These terms may change from time to time. When any change is made, the update date will be revised. Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

To create and use an account on ji999, members must meet the following conditions:

1. Each person may hold only one account. Operating more than one account under the same identity is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.
2. All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
3. ji999 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.
4. Account passwords and login details must be kept completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to an account must be reported to our support team immediately.
5. Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

After registration, the member is fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register on and use the platform:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh and have the legal right to use this service from their location.
• The applicant must be mentally competent and capable of entering into this agreement voluntarily.
• No officer or employee of ji999 may create an account or use the service on their own behalf unless the authority grants separate permission.

If any discrepancy is found in age or identity verification, ji999 reserves the right to cancel the account and hold all funds.

ji999 currently supports transactions through the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — applicable to all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in forfeiture of the deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• ji999 may temporarily hold withdrawals in the event of unusual or suspicious activity.

All bonuses and promotional offers on ji999 are governed by the following terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳22,000.
• This bonus applies only once, on the first successful deposit.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in total bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.

5.3 Other Conditions

• ji999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji999 platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through fraudulent means (bonus hunting).
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through automated software, bots, or any other technical means.
• Colluding or coordinating with other members in game play.
• Attempting to exploit platform technical errors to achieve unusual wins.
• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Impersonating a platform staff member or representative.

ji999 is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment. The following rules apply to this end:

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully fair and impartial.
• The rules and payout structure for displayed games will always be clearly stated on the platform.
• If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error or disconnection, the bet for that round will be returned to the member's balance.
• In the event of a technical issue during a gaming session, ji999 server log records will be considered final.
• In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the member's local device and server records, the server records will be considered authoritative.

ji999 regularly monitors the performance of all games and takes necessary steps in collaboration with game providers to ensure fair gaming.

ji999 may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• Upon breach of any provision of these terms.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Due to a regulatory order or legal obligation.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may do so by contacting us via live chat or email ([email protected]). Eligible real money funds in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• For any loss resulting from the member's negligence with their account credentials.
• For financial losses in gaming — gaming inherently carries financial risk, and the member consciously accepts this risk.

However, if a member's legitimate funds are affected due to a technical error, ji999 will be obliged to provide reasonable compensation.

ji999 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant change:

• A new update date will be published on this page.
• Members may be notified via their registered email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the service after a change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
